How does Hearth make me money?
We maximize your rental income by staging your property, listing it across major platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, etc.), and running advanced marketing campaigns. You get monthly payouts and performance reports.
Do I need to manage guests or bookings myself?
No. Hearth takes care of all guest communication, check-ins, cleanings, maintenance coordination, and compliance with local regulations. It’s completely hands-off for you.
What does it cost to get started?
For Long Term Rentals - nothing! For Short Term Rentals we like to do an onsite audit, and depending on readyness we can asses pricing.
Can I see how my property is performing?
Yes. Every owner gets access to the Hearth Dashboard, where you can view bookings, income, and monthly reports in real time.
